- Order Processing: All confirmed orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment validation. Weekends and official public holidays are not counted towards processing time.
- International Shipping Timeline: Shipments bound for European and American destinations require an estimated 15‑30 business days to arrive after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, local logistics congestion or seasonal high‑volume periods.
- Duties and Import Taxes: The recipient is liable for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by the destination country. PIKTECH will not cover these additional expenses.
- Tracking Information: Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be forwarded to your registered email address. Please use the tracking number to monitor your shipment progress.
- Undelivered Parcels: Parcels sent back to our warehouse due to incorrect delivery address, failure to collect parcel or recipient refusal will incur return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
